Summer Fruits Sangria
In a glass pitcher, add fresh strawberries, 1 cup Smoke Vodka Classic, 1 cup fresh raspberries, one lemon, a sprig of fresh mint, 750 ml of Chardonnay, and one bottle of Prosecco. Using a stirrer, mix the cocktail until well mixed. Pour the Sangria into wine glasses garnished with mint leaves.
Strawberry & Mint Cooler
In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, 1 oz Smoke Lab vodka, fresh strawberries, and mint leaves, and shake well. Strain the cocktail into glasses. Garnish the glasses with a fresh strawberry and fresh mint sprigs and serve cold.
Cosmopolitan
In a cocktail shaker, add 1 ounce of Smoke Lab Vodka Classic, 1 ounce Cointreau, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/4 cup of cranberry juice, ice cubes, and shake well. Strain the cocktail in a glass garnished with a lemon wheel and serve cold.
Raspberry Fizz
In a mortar & pestle, muddle ten fresh raspberries and fresh mint leaves. In a cocktail glass, add the muddled raspberries and mint along with ice cubes. In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Smoke vodka, lemon juice, and honey mixed with lukewarm water and shake well. Strain the cocktail over ice cubes and raspberry puree.
Grapefruit Cooler
Start by juicing two large ruby grapefruits and one lemon in a glass pitcher. Stir in the honey and mix well with the juices. Add 4 ounces of Smoke Lab Vodka and pour the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve over ice cubes.
Peach Ice Tea
In a shaker, add fresh peaches, black tea, lemon juice, Smoke Lab Vodka, and honey for natural sweetness. Strain the cocktail in glasses and top with chilled Prosecco, and garnish a sprig of mint.
Apple & Rosemary
In a mortar pestle, muddle some fresh rosemary leaves. In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 oz Smoke Lab classic vodka, 1 oz apple cider, and muddled rosemary, and shake the cocktail until all the ingredients are mixed. In a glass, add some ice cubes and add some honey mixed with lukewarm water. Pour the vodka cocktail into glasses garnished with a fresh rosemary sprig. Irish Coffee
Pour 1 ½ ounce whiskey, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, and one teaspoon maple syrup into a glass. Pour in a splash of freshly brewed coffee and stir with a spoon until the maple syrup dissolves in the cocktail. Pour in a splash of Smoke Lab vodka and add the rest of the coffee. Top it off with freshly whipped cream and sprinkle with instant espresso.
Summer Punch
In a punch bowl, add one bottle of Prosecco, 2 oz Smoke Lab Vodka, 1 cup grapefruit juice, sparkling white wine, orange wheels, lemon wheels, grapefruit wheels, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup strawberries, ice cubes, and thyme sprigs. Place it in the refrigerator for the flavours to infuse for a few hours. Serve this punch in punch glasses garnished with a lemon wheel.
